Clogherhead 5k / Navan Parkrun

Well done to Ida and Sandra who were in action in the Clogherhead seaside 5k on Sunday.

Congratulations to Gordon who finished 1st overall in Navan Parkrun 5k on Saturday in a big PB time of 18.17 and also to Richie who finished 5th overall with a PB too. Great running lads. Well done to all of you who were out racing and competing over the weekend too.
